I was recommended by my doctor to buy the Omron HEM-790IT Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor. At first I thought that my doctor is just acting like a professional attracted towards a fancy name. However in reality the device has proved to be a lot of help. The Omron HEM-790IT is a really portable unit. I can take it with me on my business trips and can easily download the data into my laptop while on my way back.

The software that comes with the monitor makes it much better than the previous models by the company. I can use the software to get a print out of my readings for a particular period. This is very helpful when I have to show my readings to my doctor. Also it helps me to avoid entering the data into an EXCEL sheet for printing.

Although there are some small issues that are particularly limited to the software itself. One issue is that the software is not designed to graph the statistical trend lines. Another issues is that the software is not capable of graphing the week-to-week comparison.Still these issues do not matter because the Omron HEM-790IT Blood Pressure Monitor works wonderfully.
